Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CHRI$ ARTISANS. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

• Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days - $5.99
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $19.99

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or carrier delays.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

CHRI$ ARTISANS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, express shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-7 business days. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CHRI$ ARTISANS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

CHRI$ ARTISANS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship outside the United States of America. If you wish to place an international order, please contact our customer service for more information.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted for shipping to specific destinations due to local laws and regulations. We will notify you if there are any restrictions for your order destination.
